Based in Southern California, Vivid Iconic Properties was founded in 2021 by a couple that loves to travel. Throughout the years, we’ve acquired out-of-state properties and turned them into short-term rentals, focusing on creating unique experiences for our guests.
We understand the hard work it takes to manage a vacation rental. Through experience in different markets, we’ve optimized our management strategy and now share this benefit with other homeowners. We only accept a handful of properties for top notch quality.
We understand that short-term rental management isn’t for everyone and we are on a mission to make short-term rental management easy and effortless for busy homeowners. We offer a comprehensive solution that includes everything from setup, design, creating your listings to managing every aspect of guest communications and bookings and much more!
