Personal toiletries, clothes, food, drinks, personal streaming passwords, and any additional necessities beyond the starter pack
• How do I watch TV?
All TVs are Roku-enabled and on “Guest Mode”– simply log in with your own streaming accounts and you’ll be automatically logged out when you leave. We do not provide cable. There is also a DVD Player with multiple DVD’s available for your enjoyment!
• Are there any stairs?
Yes, this is a two-story cabin. There are stairs going down to the right of the door as you enter the cabin.

While we have regular pest control, you may see bugs, critters, or even a bear since the location is in the mountains. Be sure to keep all food inside and trash locked away in the cans behind the trash gate.

I like to give guest their space, however, I am available for any questions during your stay. Business Hours: 8 am EST – 1 am EST- 7 days per week on Airbnb Messenger only.
There are three neighborhood properties in the vicinity. Easy to access.
Easy to access cabin! No steep hills and centrally located, yet private.
– Please note that this is a natural wooded area where there are bugs, insects, critters, and potential bears. These factors, unfortunately, come with the territory of the property. Please be mindful and clean up any food that could attract any of these creatures. We also recommend bringing bug spray and wearing a light jacket at night if outside.
– Winter Advisory (January-March)
If you will be visiting during the winter months, please be aware that frozen pipes can be a potential concern. To help prevent this, we recommend the following measures:
1. Open the cabinets at night.
2. Keep the water dripping on the faucets.
Additionally, please note that due to the cold weather, the hot tub may take longer to heat up.
